Madison Pemberton

PT, DPT Madison earned her associates degree at Chipola College in 2015 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Health Science with a minor in Public Health at the University of Florida in 2017. Most recently, she graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of North Florida in 2020. Madison is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and enjoys growing her knowledge of the latest evidenced based practice. Her goal is to assist children of all ages and abilities maximize their functional mobility. She grew up in Chipley Florida and has recently moved back to this area to be closer to family and friends. Madison married to her wonderful husband, Seth, and is a proud dog mom.
